Job Description

Galderma is seeking a Country Homecare Manager to ensure the successful development and deployment of our homecare programs in the dermatology biologics market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in biotech/pharma and a strong understanding of homecare and biologics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy and operationalize homecare offerings.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including homecare providers, nurses, and dermatologists, to create an exceptional homecare program.
  • Manage vendor selection, contractual coordination, and day-to-day management of homecare programs.
  • Track performance against agreed KPIs and hold homecare providers accountable.
  • Ensure all essential documentation for homecare and patient support is implemented, collected, and retained.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for local homecare and oversee CAPAs during audit or regulatory inspections.
  • Collaborate with Global PSP Leads to align on PSP strategy and develop local PSPs.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to integrate and implement homecare offerings into the brand value proposition.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in biotech/pharma, preferably in dermatology.
  • Understanding and experience of homecare and biologics.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent internal and external relationships skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a clear focus on driving performance and positive outcomes.
