Part Time Financial Administrator

At SF Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part Time Financial Administrator to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is based in Warwick and requires the successful candidate to work approximately 30 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable knowledge and experience of using Sage for processing and reporting purposes and Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis purposes. They will also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as a professional attitude and ability to work in a confidential manner.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in a dynamic finance environment with a real team player who can contribute to the smooth operation of our financial processes.
We estimate that the salary for this position will be in the range of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- - Completion of purchase order tracker
- - Purchase invoice approvals
- - Adding and amending supplier accounts on Sage
- - Processing of purchase ledger invoices on Sage
- - Dealing with supplier queries
- - Liaison with internal departments
- - Ad-hoc tasks as required by the Finance Manager
This role offers hybrid working arrangements, with the successful candidate expected to spend approximately 2 days per week in the office and 2 days per week working from home.
