The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Hospitality Agent. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that our properties are clean, well-maintained, and ready for our guests.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as responding to guest inquiries, handling guest complaints, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proficiency in languages other than English is an asset.
