The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Hospitality Agent. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest communication.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the property.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as guest communication and data entry.
  • Support the front desk team during peak periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to guests.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
