Job Title: Front Desk Hospitality Agent

Sonder Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Hospitality Agent to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless interactions with our guests, visitors, and internal partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the hospitality operations team to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience, from check-in to check-out.
  • Utilize technology-rich tools and systems to engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized support.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, both in-person and through digital channels, to ensure their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and team members, adhering to high standards of quality and service.
  • Support the back-of-house team with administrative tasks, inventory management, and minor maintenance issues, ensuring seamless operations across multiple Sonder properties.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hotels, restaurants, or hospitality settings.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing guest needs.
  • Strong computer literacy and writing skills, with the ability to adapt to multiple desktop and mobile applications.
  • Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented, with a flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to remain standing for extended periods and lift/carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficiency in languages other than English is an asset.
