Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Valuer to join our team at Beresford Adams, a well-established estate agency with a large branch network in Cheshire and North Wales.

About the Role

The main purpose of this role is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market while maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will also be responsible for optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Requirements

  • Experience in estate agency, preferably as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, or Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence holder
