Key Responsibilities:

As a Regional Property Consultant, your main objective will be to secure property listings and instructions while providing outstanding customer service. You will also be instrumental in coordinating appointments for the branch's Mortgage Advisor.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the Real Estate industry
  • Ideally, a background as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, or Sales Negotiator
  • Strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and service
  • Attributes such as resilience, positivity, organization, numeracy, and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in IT tools (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence
