About You

We are looking for a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality support to autistic and/or neurodivergent adults. As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
