Registered Manager Opportunity in Sunderland

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that all aspects meet the highest standards of care and well-being. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and supervising staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  2. Developing and implementing policies and procedures that promote positive outcomes for residents.
  3. Maintaining accurate records and reports as required by relevant authorities.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary package, including:

  • Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  1. Hold a relevant qualification in childcare or a related field.
  2. Have experience working in a similar capacity, ideally within a residential setting.
  3. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
