Job Summary

The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administration Co-ordinator to join their team. As a key member of the Neurology Service, you will provide administrative support to the clinical and secretarial team, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate emails and incoming calls to the service
  • Assist with day-to-day administration workload
  • Book patient appointments
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a rewarding environment, providing administrative support to the Neurology team. You will be responsible for coordinating emails and incoming calls, as well as assisting with day-to-day administration tasks. Requirements

  • Good all-round secretarial knowledge of office practice and procedures
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team member
