We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide exceptional care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

This role requires a caring and empathetic individual who can build strong relationships with clients and their families. You will work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans that cater to each client's unique needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks, and assisting with grocery shopping
  • Accompanying clients on outings and engaging in activities they enjoy
  • Monitoring clients' health and well-being, and reporting any concerns to the care team
  • Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry tasks

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting individuals with varying needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • A valid driving license and access to reliable transportation

Estimated Salary Range:
