Job Title: Salesforce Consultant

Role: Senior Consultant/Lead Consultant/Salesforce Consultant (Vlocity)

Technology: Salesforce platform, Sales Cloud, Vlocity cloud

Location: Belfast & London, UK

Compensation: Competitive (including bonus)

Job Description:

As a Salesforce Consultant at Infosys, you will play a key role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and contribute to the proposal development, client training, and internal capability-building. Your expertise will help detail the project scope and ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in Vlocity Cloud/Salesforce Platform relevant experience in development/implementation of business features.
  • Experience in development experience with Salesforce.
  • Integrations implementation knowledge with maximum use of OOB capabilities.
  • Subject Matter expert in at least 2 of these areas: EPC, CPQ, DigiCommerce, COM.
  • Implement Best Development Practices for the squad and contribute to Digital Asset Library.
  • Expertise in the dev tooling for Vlocity e.g. IDX, Performance Profiler, DevOps etc.
  • LWC UI Expert developer to implement Omniscript based journey for Communities Solution.

Mandatory: At least two out of three certifications from the list of

Salesforce Omni studio Developer

Vlocity CPQ

Vlocity OM certifications
