As a key player in our projects and deliveries, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your leadership and Salesforce skills across a range of exciting projects. You'll be involved in both the functional and technical aspects of projects, leveraging your hands-on configuration and build skills, as well as overseeing and taking part in the design and build of custom solutions using Lightning, LWC, Aura, and Integration. Your responsibilities will include liaising with stakeholders, producing status reports, managing risk and issues, and managing project budgets. To be considered, you'll be a passionate and driven Salesforce professional with proven experience across the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects. You may already be working in a small-to-medium-size Salesforce Partner and looking for a change, or you may be working in a larger consulting firm and want to move into a more dynamic and agile environment where you can broaden your responsibilities. We're looking for someone with excellent Salesforce consulting skills, a can-do, proactive attitude, and strong functional skills spanning requirements capture, analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Hands-on technical skills/understanding with Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components are desirable, as is a good understanding of query languages such as SQL and SOQL. Your experience will be backed up with Salesforce Certifications, and you must also possess strong client-facing communication, relationship building, and influencing skills. We offer a flat organisational structure and open, collaborative culture that allows for excellent promotion prospects up to Director level. The successful candidate can expect a salary of £60,000 to £75,000 (dependent upon experience) plus benefits including an annual bonus (paid quarterly), private medical, mobile phone allowance, up to 5% matched pension, and 25 days holiday. You can expect excellent ongoing training, as well as support to achieve further Salesforce Certifications. This role is predominantly remote based, but you will be required to visit our office in London once a week with occasional visits to our headquarters in Surrey.
