Senior Salesforce Consultant

Fynity is further accelerating the growth of its Salesforce Practice, and we're looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our team.

This is a client-facing, consulting role where you'll have the opportunity to display your leadership and Salesforce skills across a range of exciting projects of varying size and complexity.

You'll be involved in both the functional and technical aspects of projects, leveraging your expertise to design and build custom solutions using Lightning, LWC, Aura, and Integration.

Liaising with stakeholders, producing status reports, managing risk and issues, and managing project budgets are all key responsibilities in this role.

To be considered, you'll be a passionate and driven Salesforce professional with proven experience across the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects.

Excellent Salesforce consulting skills, a can-do attitude, and strong functional skills spanning requirements capture, analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Hands-on technical skills/understanding with Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components are desirable, as is a good understanding of query languages such as SQL and SOQL.

Your experience will be backed up with Salesforce Certifications, and you must possess strong client-facing communication, relationship building, and influencing skills.

This consultancy has a flat organisational structure and open, collaborative culture that allows for excellent promotion prospects up to Director level.

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £60,000 to £75,000 (dependent upon experience) plus benefits including an annual bonus (paid quarterly), private medical, mobile phone allowance, up to 5% matched pension, and 25 days holiday.

You can expect excellent ongoing training, as well as support to achieve further Salesforce Certifications.

This role is predominantly remote based, but you'll be required to visit the office in London once a week with occasional visits to the headquarters in Surrey.
