**Job Title:** Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Store Operations Manager to lead the success of our store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and performance while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales and performance initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of retail management experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Estimated Salary:** £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
