About the Position

As a Store Operations Manager at AllSaints, you will play a key role in driving business results and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and motivating a team of floor managers and stylists to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Upskilling and equipping team members with commercial skills to succeed.
  • Planning and delivering monthly floor sets to showcase new collections and drive sales.
  • Oversight and leadership of stylist team members handling customer queries via online customer service systems.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks through daily shop floor visits and leveraging reporting technologies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in sales or retail management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of fashion industry trends and consumer behavior.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
