Job Title: Framework Change Leader

About the Role:

Ashoka is seeking a creative and entrepreneurial communications leader to join our Europe team. As a Framework Change Leader, you will be responsible for communicating the new paradigm of changemaking to the world. You will work with major media organizations to create a new societal narrative about the essential changemaking tools everyone needs for a successful life in today's world.

About the Team:

Ashoka is a global network of social entrepreneurs, staff, and supporters working together to create a world where everyone has the opportunity to be a changemaker. Our team in Europe is dedicated to unleashing demand for the now-necessary skills of changemaking, starting from early childhood and mastering the foundational skill of conscious empathy.

About the Job:

As a Framework Change Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting major media organizations to tell the most important story of our times – how we human beings overcome the cascading problems that we have made for ourselves by everyone becoming a changemaker for the good of all.
  • Working with Ashoka's Europe communications and partnerships teams to build strategic partnerships with influential organizations.
  • Developing and implementing a communications strategy to promote the changemaking paradigm.
  • Collaborating with the Empathy Movement Leader and Youth Years Leader to guide Ashoka Europe as it unleashes demand for the now-necessary skills of changemaking.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 15 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, guiding a system change to at least a national level.
  • Demonstrated experience in generating widespread change in at least one focus area.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A deep understanding of the changemaking paradigm and its application in various contexts.
