Sales Development Leadership Role

- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing global Sales Development Representative (SDR) team
- Serve as the critical bridge between Sales and Marketing teams to ensure successful pipeline conversion
- Drive predictable pipeline generation and close rates from both marketing and SDR-generated opportunities
- Implement and maintain rigorous sales hygiene standards and processes
- Drive the execution of our Allbound business development strategy in partnership with VP Marketing
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of B2B sales development experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles. They will possess a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing SDR teams, as well as experience with both inbound and outbound business development motions.
