The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new business development opportunities that align with company targets.
The role involves:
- Sourcing and pursuing new sales and business opportunities to support business growth
- Cultivating existing client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and staying up-to-date with industry trends
- Participating in regular client reviews, industry events, and negotiations to drive business development and sales efforts
- Managing target accounts through strategic action planning
- Accurately tracking sales activities and performance metrics to inform business decisions
- Supporting the training and development of new sales staff to ensure the team's success
Desirable skills and qualifications include:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or business development role
- Proven track record of hitting targets and exceeding expectations
- Excellent commercial awareness and business acumen
- Experience developing large accounts within the hospitality sector
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
