About the Role

Pertemps Scotland is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Forfar. As a key member of our contact centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries via telephone and other communication channels
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our services and policies
  • Redirect internal and external calls to appropriate departments as required
  • Record and maintain accurate information regarding customer interactions
  • Issue relevant documentation and forms to customers as needed
  • Regularly review and update information to ensure customer inquiries are handled efficiently
  • Perform daily and weekly programming of our voicemail system
  • Engage with customers via web chat to resolve their queries
  • Process customer transactions and payments
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience working in a customer-facing environment
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing demands
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Strong IT skills and experience with Microsoft packages
  • Good keyboard speed and accuracy
  • Experience working with the public and providing support
