Business Development Manager - Catering Equipment

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Midas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting our distribution partners in their sales efforts, focusing on promoting our products to end-users. Your primary goal will be to win new sales from new dealers in your designated patch and build strong relationships with those accounts to maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support distribution partners' sales teams with end-user visits to promote the sales of our products
  • Win new sales from new dealers in the patch
  • Build relationships with accounts to make them as profitable as possible

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a background in working with catering equipment, either directly with end-users or through distribution partners. Other desirable backgrounds include individuals selling food or drink through distribution partners, chefs looking to move into sales, or former chefs now in sales roles. We are also interested in professionals currently looking to transition into the field from telesales or internal account management roles.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, plus OTE £46,000 - £60,000 commission paid quarterly, annual bonus, Company Van, 25 Days Holiday, 1 extra day with each year of service, plus bank holidays, Pension, laptop, phone.
