About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Support Worker to join our team at Inspire North. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to individuals with mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage clients through various methods, including group activities and one-on-one support.
- Develop and deliver programmes of group-work, courses, or training.
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of services to provide comprehensive support.
- Develop individual support plans within a framework of positive therapeutic risk-taking.
