3D Structural Design Lead

We are seeking a talented 3D Structural Designer to join our design team at Augustus Martin, a leading provider of high-quality, fast turnaround POS in-store displays to top retailers and major High Street brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop 3D prototypes to a high standard within tight timescales.
  • Ensure all briefs are answered within the parameters set by clients, on-time and to the highest quality.
  • Provide Account Management teams with accurate CAD drawings, assembly instructions, planograms, and prototypes.
  • Bring innovation and creativity to our design team while ensuring structures are substantial, fully tested for stability and accuracy.
  • Highly proficient in creating accurate drawings and 3D renders in CAD software.
  • Good understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Demonstrable ability to design independently from concept to full production.
  • Ability to produce tangible ideas and creative solutions to design briefs quickly and accurately.

Requirements:

  • Highly skilled in 3D design and CAD software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
