Job Title: Lead 3D Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Lead 3D Designer to join our in-house design studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering brilliant creative work on a broad range of design projects for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of designers to deliver high-quality design projects
  • Develop and implement creative concepts to reinforce brand messages and sell specific products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Train and mentor junior designers to develop their skills and expertise
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in 3D design within the creative retail industry
  • Expert ability to navigate and resolve complex design challenges
  • Ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-design stakeholders
  • Leadership qualities and a hunger to deliver the best results
  • Excellent understanding of the world of retail and brand experience
  • Expert knowledge of Sketchup, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and rendering software (ideally V Ray)
