Adults Homelessness Support Specialist

Sanctuary Supported Living is a leading provider of housing, care, and support services for individuals who have experienced homelessness. We are seeking an Adults Homelessness Support Specialist to join our team in Ipswich.
This role involves providing tailored support to empower customers to achieve their goals and live independently. You will assess customer needs, develop support plans, and collaborate with external agencies to enhance customers' confidence, health, and wellbeing.
The Role:
- Delivering high-quality support to customers who have faced homelessness
- Creating and updating individualised support plans to meet customers' needs
- Serving as a primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns
- Building strong relationships with customers, prioritising personal choice, privacy, and dignity
- Liaising with external partners to promote customers' employment, education, and overall well-being
- Managing crisis situations and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
- Experience working with adults who have experienced homelessness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
£12.50 per hour.
