Job Summary
A challenging opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team at Nekcavt as an Early Childhood Development Specialist. We are seeking a dedicated individual who will work closely with families, providing guidance and support in achieving their goals related to child development and well-being.

About the Role
This position is focused on delivering high-quality services to infants and toddlers at risk of or experiencing delays in cognitive, physical, communication, social/emotional, or adaptive skills. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with caregivers, conducting home visits and play-based interventions tailored to each child's needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of children's developmental progress
- Develop and implement personalized plans to address identified areas of need
- Provide coaching and guidance to caregivers on strategies for promoting healthy child development
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Early Education, or related field
- Valid Vermont driver's license and insurance
- Excellent knowledge of healthy infant, toddler, and child development principles
- Strong commitment to family-centered philosophy and practice

Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is $ 54,500. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plan, and paid time off. Salary may vary based on location and experience.
