Role Overview

At Synapri, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to lead our Power Platform solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions using SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and design effective solutions using SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
  2. Lead and manage a small cross-site team responsible for resolving technical issues related to SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform.
  3. Maintain and enhance existing solutions, ensuring strong governance and prompt problem resolution.
  4. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  5. Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to automate routine administrative tasks.
  6. Work independently and manage workload to meet deadlines.
  7. Mentor and coach team members, staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.

Requirements

  1. Proficiency in PowerFX programming language for complex functions in Power Apps and Power Automate.
  2. Minimum 1 year of commercial experience in application development.
  3. Front-end web development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  4. Experience in developing and managing SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions.
  5. Knowledge of M365 tools, including Admin Centre, Teams, Delve, and Search.
  6. Scripting skills using PowerShell.
  7. Excellent communication skills for problem-solving with users and vendors.
  8. Passion for staying current with SharePoint Online and Power Platform developments.
