We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our client's internal development team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the ongoing development of the platform, establishing and maintaining Agile working procedures, and ensuring user stories are transposed into the workflow in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development of the platform, ensuring it meets the needs of the business and users.
  2. Establish and maintain Agile working procedures and standards for the development team.
  3. Ensure user stories, including support for Marketing and Business Development, are transposed into the workflow in a timely manner.
  4. Bug fixing and systems maintenance.
  5. Technical vetting of candidates for new developer positions.
  6. Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
  7. MySQL.
  8. Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot.
  9. WebRTC technology.
  10. Liquibase (database migrations for Hibernate).
  11. Building REST API.
  12. Extensive experience working in, ideally leading, cross-functional Agile teams.
