About the Role

Gleeson Development Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Senior Helpdesk Analyst. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our users, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support to our users, resolving technical issues and escalating complex problems to senior team members.
  • Work closely with our IT Manager to develop and implement effective support strategies, ensuring seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with our Business Analyst Team to identify and resolve technical issues, and contribute to the development of new IT projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our users, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our support services and processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, with a strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10, Office 365, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with COINS ERP would be advantageous.
