We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Sheffield. Our service provides vital support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs, living in supported living services across the city.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in coordinating person-centred services, working closely with the management team to develop and implement support plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating day-to-day services to meet the needs of service users

• Supporting the management team to develop and implement support plans

• Collaborating with service users, families, and professionals to provide a consistent and coordinated service

• Communicating effectively with service users, their families, and stakeholders

• Supervising and guiding staff to deliver a responsive and personalised service

• Demonstrating unconditional positive regard in a positive behavioural support setting

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality support and making a positive impact on the lives of our service users. You will be expected to work flexibly on a rota, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

As a valued member of our team, you will receive full training and the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. We offer a range of benefits, including a probationary bonus, pension contributions, and 28 days' annual leave.
