We are seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our team in Sheffield, providing support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

This role involves coordinating person-centred services, supporting the management team, and collaborating with service users, families, and professionals to deliver a consistent and coordinated service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day coordination of person-centred services
  • Supporting the management team to improve and develop support plans
  • Collaborating with service users, families, and professionals
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders
  • Supervising and guiding staff to deliver a responsive and personalised service

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard in a positive behavioural support setting
  • Flexibility to work on a rota, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
