Insurance Client Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Client Manager to join our team in the Northeast and Cumbria region. As a key contact with clients, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the provision of service to their clients, drawing upon designated service teams and specialist resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and introduce Aon's products and services to meet client needs
  • Understand and communicate each client's business issues and needs to the service team and other parts of Aon
  • Build client relationships with key decision-makers
  • Seek out new business opportunities and educate clients on Aon's other products and services
  • Lead your own pipeline of new opportunities and continue to refresh and build on this
  • Grow the revenue and profitability of your client portfolio, including meeting annual income targets
Requirements:
  • ACII or equivalent is desirable
  • Proven client relationship experience in the insurance industry, with experience in the core lines of commercial risks is essential
  • Experience dealing with Mid-market commercial and corporate insurance risks is desirable
  • Commercial understanding of business, including market forces, business drivers, market dynamics, competitors, and risks
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Client-focused with a consultative approach and commitment to excellence in the provision of client service
