Location: Available locations, competitive salary range: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
The role will see you assist in the success and growth of our commercial insurance team, whilst working closely with branch directors and account executives. You will be responsible for broking and placement of new and existing commercial insurance risks.
Key Responsibilities:- Broach mid/large commercial and corporate insurance risks to find the best solutions for clients.
- Identify appropriate markets for placement of corporate insurance risks to minimize risk and maximize return.
- Deliver tailored insurance solutions in conjunction with branch directors, account executives and risk managers.
- A technical background with experience gained within commercial/corporate insurance broking, ideally with Acturis experience.
- A comprehensive understanding of most classes of commercial insurance risk including property, motor, fleet, EL, PL, commercial combined, etc.
- Good relationships with local and regional insurers, a strong network is essential for this role.
- Acturis experience essential as well as being computer literate, proficiency in MS Office is required.
