About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Manager to join our team at Williams Motor Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and guide customers through the finance process, ensuring they understand their options and make informed decisions.
  • Work closely with Sales Executives to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of the business.

Requirements
