As an Educator at N Family Club, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference. You'll work closely with our dedicated team to deliver our unique 'learning through play' educational ethos and bespoke curriculum, building strong relationships with families and contributing to the development of engaging lesson plans.

A Competitive Package

  • Earn between £27,355 - £29,250 per annum
  • Performance-related bonus of up to £750 per year
  • Flexible working arrangements, including a 4-day 36 hour week or 5-day 40 hour week
  • Up to 32 days of holiday per year, including 3 days between Christmas/New Year and a 'Me' day off
