A SEN Teaching Assistant is required to provide support to students with autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties in a Specialist Needs School in Abingdon. The role involves working closely with the teaching staff to deliver high-quality educational programs tailored to each student's needs.
As a SEN Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting and nurturing the students on their educational journeys. This includes helping to inspire and motivate pupils to learn, building their self-esteem, independence, and social skills to provide them with a solid foundation to thrive after they leave school.
