**About the Role**:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs. We are looking for individuals with previous SEN experience who are resilient, confident, and not easily deterred by challenging behaviour. Your robust nature will be an asset as you adapt your practice to meet the unique needs of the individuals under your care.

**Key Traits and Qualities**:

- Previous SEN experience is essential.
- Robust and resilient, able to handle challenging behaviour with confidence.
- Adaptable, with the ability to tailor your approach to meet individual needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with staff, students, and families.

**Working Hours and Pay**:

- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
- Competitive daily rate: £80-90 per day.
