About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as Global Business Accelerator. As a key member of our Global Leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a world-class Go-To-Market strategy to enhance brand growth, profitability, and consumer awareness across all channels and markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies, including market priorities, growth drivers, and expansion plans.
  • Collaborate with local market teams to implement global strategies effectively.
  • Evaluate new markets, channels, and retail formats for potential expansion.
  • Build a deep understanding of market needs and feed insights into future planning and product development.
  • Evaluate opportunities for new retail spaces, including pop-ups and events.
  • Partner with design teams to ensure retail formats meet business objectives.
  • Oversee assortment and pricing strategies tailored to market demands.

You will also work closely with the General Manager to design marketing strategies that align with global brand goals. Additionally, you will analyze global distribution and performance metrics, presenting findings in quarterly reviews.

Requirements
  • Significant experience in the beauty, luxury, or consumer goods industries in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape, ideally with experience in skincare.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement Go-To-Market strategies and execute brand plans.
