Internal Sales Manager / Operations Manager / Engineering Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Manager / Operations Manager / Engineering Manager to join our team at Verto People. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead an internal sales team and drive business growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the internal sales team to ensure smooth operations and consistent performance across the board for flow control related products.
  • Review, interpret, and approve sales and service contracts, ensuring quality assurance processes are met.
  • Oversee daily operations, implementing strategic processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and turnaround times.
  • Align sales strategies with company goals and objectives in collaboration with the UK Managing Director.
  • Liaise with various engineering departments.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Internal Sales Manager / Sales Manager / Operations Manager / Inside Sales Manager / Commercial Manager / Engineering manager / Sales Operations Manager / Operations Supervisor / General Manager or similar within an engineering environment.
  • Proven background implementing operational strategy within a sales team to improve efficiency, quality and productivity.
  • Experience of people management within sales operations and is passionate about fostering growth and success within a collaborative environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated capability to inspire and drive a team.
  • Ideal candidate will come from a mechanical engineering background with preference to those from a manufacturing environment. Any existing knowledge of the Defence industry would be beneficial.
