Facilities Management Specialist

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at DAMICOR LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of all hard services across site, ensuring that all systems and equipment are operating efficiently and effectively.
As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in facilities management specifically within Hard FM or within an Engineering role, with a strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage and supervise the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs and maintenance work
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify and address any issues
- Provide technical support and guidance to the facilities team

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in facilities management specifically within Hard FM or within an Engineering role
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a good understanding of CDM and Health and Safety regulations
- The ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively
