The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of driving financial success and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the FOH and BOH teams to achieve exceptional service standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Assistant Manager to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members, fostering a cohesive and motivated team.
  • Manage wet stock effectively within the property.
  • Drive financial performance by meeting and exceeding financial expectations.
  • Cultivate a positive and motivated work environment, ensuring all team members perform to their best abilities.
  • Regularly report to the Operations Manager.
  • Effectively manage cash within the property.
