Opus People Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Case Officer to support the management of Education Health and Care Needs Assessment and Annual Review Process for children with complex additional needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with schools, parents, and professionals to ensure the effective use of resources and implement outcomes from panels, seeking creative solutions where required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking workload associated with Education Health and Care Needs Assessment and Annual review
  • Preparing and presenting cases to Education Health and Care Needs Assessment Panel/County Resourcing Panel
  • Developing effective relationships with schools, parents, and professionals
  • Working in partnership with parents/carers and other agencies

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
