The successful candidate will work in partnership with parents/carers, schools, and professionals to ensure the effective use of resources in schools and settings both in and out of County.
Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking workload including Education Health and Care Needs Assessment and Annual review associated with a geographical patch.
- Preparing and presenting cases to Education Health and Care Needs Assessment Panel/County Resourcing Panel as appropriate and providing feedback to schools, parents, and professionals.
- Implementing outcomes from panels and seeking creative solutions where required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective relationships with schools, professionals, and other agencies.
