Special Education Needs Teacher

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team as the lead teacher of our SEMH inclusion unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEN and experience working with students with SEMH needs.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering bespoke lesson plans to meet individual student needs
- Leading a small team of SEND teaching assistants and mentoring them to improve their skills
- Liaising with external professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
Competitive salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum. Please note that only suitable candidates will be contacted for an interview.
