Located in the UK, DCS Group is a leading distributor, manufacturer, and exporter with a strong presence in the Health, Beauty, and Household products sectors.

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Retail Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our suppliers to develop and execute customer strategies that drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding commercial awareness, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in account management. You will also be able to build comprehensive account models with a strategic long-term focus and provide key insights through EPOS data tracking and competitor analysis.

This opportunity is based on a 12-month contract and offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position is located at our Banbury Head Office, where you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support seamless execution of account initiatives and category growth.
