Are you an experienced Behavioural Lead looking for a new opportunity in the education sector? Winner Education is currently working with a school to recruit a dedicated Pastoral Manager.

About the Role

The role is full-time and will be required to start immediately to cover a staff member's absence until the end of the school term, with the potential to continue into January 2025. As a Pastoral Manager, you will support children at KS3 and KS4 level with Social, Emotional and Mental Health challenges (SEMH).

You will build strong professional relationships with the pupils to enhance their education, liaise with parents inside and outside of school, maintain a strong relationship with the school's SENCO, and perform other duties as needed.

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, have a clear understanding of pastoral issues and needs, and possess strong safeguarding knowledge. They will also require excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrate resilience and a positive mind-set, and be able to form positive relationships with all staff and parents.
