We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Reception and Administration Coordinator to join our team at Shaftesbury. This role involves providing reception and administrative support to the college administration team, with a focus on customer service and data entry.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the security of the main entrance and receiving and monitoring visitors.
  • Providing general administration support, including taking in post and deliveries, meeting room bookings, and photocopying.
  • Registering staff cars and issuing passes.
  • Working as a member of the administration team and supporting them when required.
  • Taking and redirecting incoming calls and answering all email enquiries.
  • Daily recording and/or checking of student attendance using the Management Information System (MIS).
  • Typing specific student-related information for distribution within the college and, where applicable, to parents, carers, and external agencies/partners.

A competitive salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year is offered for this position. Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with experience in administration and customer service.
