Administrative Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Construction Administrator to join our team in the Northwest region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to site teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and achieving project objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating daily site activities and maintaining accurate records.
- Preparing and submitting project documentation and reports.
- Liaising with site teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Managing financial aspects of the project, including invoicing and purchase orders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Familiarity with construction processes and terminology.
- Driving License preferred.
Salary:
£23,000 - £25,000 per annum
