We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Chip UK. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat, email, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize user experience.
  • Report bugs and UX issues to the team.
