This is a very busy role and predominately customer-facing, so we are looking for someone who is sociable, has very strong customer service skills, is incredibly organised, likes working in a fast-paced environment, and is computer literate (Excel/Word).

As a key member of our team at Nationwide Platforms, you will be responsible for servicing one of our key account customers. This may involve providing quotes for hiring our machines, processing orders, or resolving customer queries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Co-ordinating with the local depot transport coordinator to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Providing excellent customer service and relationship management skills to build strong relationships with our customers.
  • Utilizing MS Office, including Word and Excel, to manage customer information and process orders.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive base salary, a Hire Desk commission scheme, 25 days holiday pro-rata, a Pension, Health Cash Plan, and Life assurance.
